The cones changes between left and right rotations for an optimal juice yield.

The motor automatically starts when you press down a citrus fruit half so you can directly start juicing after slicing the fruit. The small cone efficiently juices lemons and limes, while the larger cone is perfect for oranges and grapefruit.
