In the event that an order is not collected by the recipient, the package will be automatically returned to our warehouse. Upon arrival, it will be processed by our TSS (Transport & Shipping Services) team and forwarded to the appropriate administrative department for financial settlement.
Please note that both the outbound and return shipments incur transport costs, which are the responsibility of the individual or company that originally placed the order. Accordingly, any refund issued will reflect the value of the returned goods after deduction of shipping costs for both directions.
Kindly be advised that the administrative and logistical processing of such cases may require several weeks to complete.
Cases Where No Refund Is Issued
Important: we do not reimburse items that arrive in perfect condition or for which the incident description is false. Such items are stored in our warehouse and you will be notified. After receiving this notification, you have seven (7) days to confirm whether you wish the goods to be shipped to your address (shipping costs payable in advance). If we do not receive confirmation or payment within seven days, our recycling center will dispose of the items, and no further claims will be accepted regarding these products.
