Shipping & Delivery

1. Order processing time

  • Each product is prepared in 24–48 hours, depending on availability.
  • In-stock items paid for in the morning can ship the same day .

2. Delivery time

  • Depends on the chosen carrier and destination country.
  • The estimated times apply to business days only (excluding weekends and holidays) .

3. Countries shipped to

  • we ships to almost all countries via express courier.
  • Shipments outside the EU may require customs processes; for dropshipping outside the EU, you must include an invoice

5. Shipping costs include:

  • transport
  • insurance
  • customs clearance at origin

6. Delays and external factors

  • Our company is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, armed conflicts, customs, or seizures by local authorities

7. Address changes after order

  • If the order has not yet been issued, you can request address changes via a “not received order” incident.
  • Otherwise, you must cancel and place a new order. Cancelation fees are refunded.

  • Due to automation, cancellation windows are short; cancellation may be impossible if shipping processing has begun.

9. Upon receipt

  • Check tracking number and packaging condition.
  • If visible damage is present, denote “PACKAGE VISIBLELY DAMAGED” (physically or digitally) on delivery. Without this, claims will be denied .
